The
objectives of ACENET are……
- Developing
joint body of understanding of how clusters and company networks can
be stimulated, developed and promoted. E.g. by creating a concrete
action frame of reference explaining how the different success
factors interact.
- Increase
motivation to integrate competence and resources from outside the
region. E.g. by better knowledge about available resources in member
regions.
- Define
and communicate regional profiles. Expected achievements are
definition of each regions strategy and focus regarding innovation
and clusters as well as higher image and reputation of the member
regions, also among non-member regions.
- Facilitate
and foster communication and co-operation between cluster companies,
e.g. by establishing and/or developing cluster internal
communication systems.
- Secure
long-term commitment and continuous further development of clusters
and company networks. E.g. by implementing a monitoring system
demonstrating progress and benefits for the member regions.
